I'm a Principal Product Designer based in London, specialising in fintech. I've led design across payments, business banking, tax, accounting and portfolio management, working across B2B and B2C products at every level of complexity.

My background in neuroscience, human-computer interaction and service design shapes how I approach every problem. I'm drawn to the gap between how systems work and how people actually experience them.

Designing products and systems is a team sport. I've spent most of my career as the only designer in the room, working closely with engineers, PMs and stakeholders to make design impossible to ignore.
